    I bought a drill which was stated new and un-used. But I wondered if it is really brand new when I received it. I found that there were some dirt with looks like marks of usage. And a corner of one of the battery has a slight crack. The seller explained that it was brand, but had been on display in their store, which I had not been told before. As I have to use it, I decide to keep it. But I suggest buyer to ask for more details and more photos before buying from this seller.

    Dont see why you should give us negative feedback when you were offered a refund and refused as you wanted to keep the drill. The drill was not damaged when it left our depot, I cannot control how couriers handle our goods. The drill was brand new and unused.
