This item is very poor quality and nothing like the picture advertised. I contacted the seller asking for a refund but they just sent me a message saying the item had been delivered, nothing about my refund request. It also took longer than it should have done to be delivered. AVOID this seller at all costs they are just ripping people off.

Chose this item specifically as it was listed as located in the UK.
1 * description - location incorrect
1 * despatch time - claim immediate but was actually 7 days to post in the UK
1 * communications - misleading. Message stating potential further postage delays may happen and asking for 5 star feedback before even delivered
Item just scrapped in within the upper end of the delivery estimate but I'd prefer not to be lied to and deliberately misled.

I ordered this realistic latex mask of an old man and what arrived looked nothing like the item advertised.
The seller did offer money off and asked me not to leave feedback but this purchase was so disappointing I have to make others aware of the poor standard of product.
