Definitely recommend this seller highly , instant response from them as the box was damaged , due to the carrier not the seller , when we recieved the item and a part was missing. No problem with seller, item as described. Yet again hermes/evri was the problem. Second time I have ordered this item. First time with another seller item failed to turn up, lost by hermes , refund from Ebay. This time item failed to turn up again, seller went to hermes drop off shop and item was underneath a cupboard ! Finally arrived 11days after order was placed. They really want to get their act together.
