  Itsuki was an outstanding seller—genuinely kind and generous with their time. They posted the camera to my hotel in Japan, packed it with great care, and it arrived in flawless condition. When a shutter issue appeared, Itsuki went above and beyond to met me in person to inspect it. They offered some compensation and have kept in touch to give me any other help I've needed. I love the camera and felt truly looked after. Buying from them was a special memorable experience —I’d gladly do it again.

  Arrived promptly and well packed. Item price was good but shipping could’ve been a little cheaper. I’ve payed similar for FedEx service that’s generally more reliable and less of a headache. Otherwise everything as described, good seller.

  I was pleasantly surprised at how soon I received the order. The seller had packed the camera (pentax auto110) very securly. Opened the pack and assessed the camera and I was so happy that it was exactly as described by the seller. Great value and great sales, so much so that I had to go back to browse the sellers store for hidden gems.
