Item was sold in good value in comparison with other pieces on the market. Sadly, import charges were realy high & there were some problems setting the unit up, but neither were responsibility of the seller. I can only recomend this seller.     Nice radio, works well. Ebay's refusal to send me emails from the seller caused at least a two week delay in the shipment. The packing was not great but it's a tough as nails radio so it was OK. Fedex did their usual fine job. Just one small thing: I did not receive the BA-5598 that was pictured but That;s OK - I have D cell battery adapters. Basically a good seller that communicates well when ebey lets kim.

    I sincerely apologize for the delay in the shipment. When I did not receive a response to the message I previously sent you, I should have sent another follow-up message to confirm. This might have helped avoid the current situation. Regarding the battery, as it was a lithium battery and had expired, it posed a potential violation of aviation regulations, so I had to remove it. I deeply regret that I was unable to fully meet your expectations. I apologize once again.
