    The laptop looks brand new, only showing some dents in the charger as shown in the articles pictures, the delivery was extremely fast (from Japan to Uruguay) in 10 days, VERY well wrapped in bubble plastic and newspaper, pretty cheap for condition and specs, overall a good product from a good seller, just as depicted.

    NO COMPLAINTS! While it did take a few days (ordered on the 11th, shipped on the 17th (according to DHL)), I rec'd the item on the 18th! (amazing!). The item was packaged with care and was well protected. Package arrived in FLAWLESS condition, as though I picked it up from the factory myself. The item is EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED! ZERO ISSUES. None.     They responded very quickly when asked a question even though i didn't respond to it {my bad}. The package went thru customs fast and arrived within a reasonable time even with memorial day happening. It was packed very well and there was no cosmetic or actual damage to my purchase. If i ever need another I know where to get one.
