Although package came with some damages caused by FedEx during shipment, seller is willing to reimburse partially for the box damages and dealt with FedEx Japan separately. Also seller was able to help connecting with FedEx Canada to correct the declaration of the value of product as it was initially declared for a higher value by mistake, showing seller’s professional & honesty

    The item itself was packaged nicely and works great! Only thing was I would have appreciated more updates as initially, I didn’t even receive any word from the seller for weeks on whether it was shipped or what. I asked and that’s when I think they rushed shipping and within a couple days I finally received my instax pal. Great seller, and item as described but I would have loved more communication on if my order had an issue or delay.
