  Unfortunately due to the courier company, I didn't receive the item I ordered as they lost it. Also not helping the situation was the time of year (over Christmas/new year). Not the sellers fault at all, great communication and issued a full refund unprompted. I would have rather got the item but thats life sometimes. I will be buying from them again.

  After stupidly knocking my mirror off the work van, I managed to find a replacement off japs spares I placed my order & after speaking to and explaining how urgent it was to have this part sent out as our van is out of action without, It was sent out on a next day delivery @ no extra cost. Had I not spoken with Japs this part would have been sent out on a standard delivery which would have meant us losing most of this week. Really helpful service and one happy customer Thanks guys. 😎🍺🍻
