  Quality only fair! some flower heads fell off ,Some of the petals were misshaped .some fraying on some heads Packaging not good really as seen on photos, a crisp box which wasn't very secure or protective. Maybe they were damaged in transit I did message to seller privately before leaving this feedback but have had no reply after two days?

  Seller has now apologised and said I could return flowers and we both agreed they could have got damaged in transit. I’ve managed to trim some petals and also push some flower heads back on stems. Only had to throw away one stem. Decided to keep them
