  Item was listed as “new open box” when it arrived it was clearly used, the sides they didn’t take pictures of were covered in oily grime, I contacted seller and they agreed to return it, I put item back in the box in the exact condition I received it and when seller received it they removed the serial # tag and accused me of tampering with it and that I installed and damaged it. I ultimately had to get with EBay to get my refund, I wouldn’t buy a tooth pick from them.

  This item is a specific professional item and nobody can sell this item as a used item instead of new. Buyer asked for return and I trusted buyer and approved return and when I received it, it has been changed with a damaged,used item that has no Label on it. This is a an unethical action and I reported buyer to Ebay as a scammer.

  The seller was great. Very fast shipping🙂! The watch would have great except that there were high subscription fees to Pulse Medical. To my understanding, I thought the price included the subscription. The only thing I saw was there was an optional automatic fall detection feature. When contacting with the telephone number inside the we watch package, Pulse Medical, I was asked by Pulse Medical to give them a number. They did not have the watch on file. Returned item to seller.
