Great communication from the seller. Had a problem with delivery. The courier YODEL let this seller down big time. I requested a refund due to not knowing when and if YODEL were going to deliver. The seller promptly processed my refund. Sometimes things do go wrong, but it's how it is dealt with that matters. This seller gave great customer service and the courier finally delivered the item after holding it in their depot for 7 days. I will definitely use this seller again.

The item itself is OK, as described. The delivery by Yodel was pathetic. I buzzed the intercom door to let them in, but they just threw the package on the floor and drove off. Couldn't be bothered to walk up a few stairs. Seller is OK, Item is OK, delivery method is incompetent.
