  I have ordered from this seller repeatedly and will continue to do so. I ordered several figures for my son for his birthday recently, sort of last minute. Emailed the seller to ask if he would upgrade the shipping if I paid more so it could get here on time. He upgraded it for free. Got here in plenty of time and he even sent along a poster as a nice little surprise for my son’s birthday. The order’s are always packed really well and I have always received items exactly how they are described.

  In exactly the condition as described, it came in secure packaging, and shipping took a little longer than expected, but I do not blame that on the seller.
