    Music box came in 2 days early, which was a great surprise. It came wrapped in bubble wrap in a box, so it was very safe. The music box was completely brand new as stated, and sounds amazing. The music box, and the container for it, were both spotless. For a limited time, Japanese exclusive music box, it was well worth the price.

    Great communication. Time to ship item was a couple weeks (as noted in item description) but once in its way arrive super quickly with no issues. Item was only inside its original box with two layers of bubble wrap, no additional box when I received it. Item was still is perfect condition on arrival. Item was as pictured and official.     Seller has really good communication. Unfortunately I didn't actually receive the item due to US Customs deciding I wasn't going to pay the new tariff and returned the item to the seller. Without notifying me. Not the seller's fault, so we're trying the purchase again. Fingers crossed. Great communication though and I'd glad to try to purchase again.

    Anhand der Sendungsverfolgung konnte man den Standort des Artikels immer einsehen und über DHL auch eine Zustellung ohne Unterschrift auswählen. War sehr gut verpackt, Box ist trotzdem durch den Transport etwas eingedellt (wahrscheinlich durch das Gewicht von anderen Paketen, da es ja eine dünne Box ist). Durch den langen Transportweg war das absehbar, dafür hat es keine Probleme beim Zoll gegeben. Die Figur ist vollkommen in Ordnung und für den Preis bestimmt nicht besser zu bekommen! :)
