One of the worst purchase experiences I have had in 15 years of using eBay. Seller listed item as being in ‘very good’ condition, which clearly it is not! Seller failed to mention the condition of the jewel case in the description. I opened a case to return the item to seller. Seller refused to provide a return postage label. I had to contact eBay to help me with this issue. Communication from the seller was very unpleasant, threatening and frustrating. Thank you eBay for kindly assisting me.

very funny and unreasonable , cd sold for 2.99 and posted for 3.00. this buyer claimed cd case was not in good condition and requested a partial refund. buyer claimed cd was in good condition, yet wanted a partial refund. very laugable. joke of a buyer. i stated i aint doing no partial refund as i would rather lose more on return postage . pls block this joke. probably the worst buyer online. sellers pls run from this joke

"Very Good: An item that has been used, but is in very good condition. No damage to the jewel case or item cover, no scuffs, scratches, cracks, or holes. The cover art and liner notes are included. The teeth of the disk holder (in the DVD box) is undamaged. Minimal wear on the exterior of item".The jewel case had several cracks, loads of scratches and sticky residue from a label. The CD disks were in 'good' condition, but not in 'very good' condition as there were minor scratches on them.
