We only charge for the postage charged by eBay. Supplies, handling and direct speed delivery to our local post office are free. Recently the USPS seems to be having trouble with eBay Standard Envelope deliveries in certain rural areas of states such as Montana, Georgia and New York. They are being "Returned To Sender" for unknown reasons when our customers have the correct address on record. This can be avoided buy buying three or more small items so Ground Advantage postage rates can be used starting around $4.15.
