  The item pictured and described is not the item in stock, or that will be provided so beware. It is a thin plastoc, raincoat type material - not heavy duty and not suitable for my needs. I communicated this to the seller who (eventually) offered a full refund without the need or hassle of returning the item, therefore, ultimately, a positive experience.   I never received the product. The package is untraceable and the seller does not respond. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times with no success. I feel scammed. I paid for something that never arrived and there’s no way to track it. I’m requesting a full refund. I do not recommend buying from this seller under any circumstances.

  First and foremost, we are deeply sorry for the frustration caused by the missing package and our delayed response. Full refund has been initiated: We have initiated the full refund process Progress of logistics investigation: After verification, the logistics service provider reported that the parcel was lost in transit, and the tracking information now shows anomalies. We have initiated a claim with the logistics company and suspended cooperation with the channel to investigate the problem.
