  The item pictured and described is not the item in stock, or that will be provided so beware. It is a thin plastoc, raincoat type material - not heavy duty and not suitable for my needs. I communicated this to the seller who (eventually) offered a full refund without the need or hassle of returning the item, therefore, ultimately, a positive experience.   I ordered pet blankets .. received cat collars .. seller would not admit fault .. confirmation pictures from them showed pet blankets .. ebay confirmation showed pet blankets ... i requested them to send me the pet blankets I had ordered .. they offered a refund .. I accepted their offer .. despite the listing showing 'free postage' seller deducted postage from refund .. I don't think this was a good deal for me.
