I’ve had an awful experience with this seller. Insulted me several times and attacked my integrity. Sent me trainers that were suppose to be New without box but clearly they are not new. Scuffs and black marks all over them. He has offered to cover return costs but I’m not dealing with this seller anymore due to abusive behaviour. Told them I was at a funeral and I would process return later and came out from funeral to another abusive message. Very disappointing! Avoid!

Unfortunately people like this really spoil eBay. The buyer contacted me to let me know about a small mark on the trainers I had accidentally missed, I apologised and and offered a full refund immediately.They then insisted they would keep them providing I offered a significant partial refund to which I declined after offering a refund several times they were just trying it on so I asked for them to stop wasting my time, why would anybody deal with an eBay return during a funeral! total Lier.
