    The lock was exactly as described. Initially it was delivered to the incorrect address, totally wrong county. I contacted the seller, they immediately contacted the delivery company and they picked up the lock and redelivered it to me the next day. It was frustrating as had to delay booking in the job, but am totally satisfied with the service provided and would definitely be happy and confident to buy from this seller again.
