  Ordered a bike with a back seat and light up wheels, sent a bike with normal wheels and no back seat. Was promised a resolution in my favour so was hopeful however was sent 1 normal wheel and a random part of a backseat. The price difference between what I ordered and what I received is £40 and only offered a refund of £25 or return at my cost after being told to build the bike and I would get the missing parts sent due to it being a birthday present. Constantly blaming their supplier.
