The seller was proactive and very helpful. It turned out there were only four of the orange bridges, so she sent a very nice note explaining the situation, replacing the missing orange one for a yellow, and then throwing in three extra bridges for free. We really appreciated everything she did. It’s rare to find an eBay seller who takes charge and not only replaces the missing item, but offers extras for the inconvenience. Especially at Christmas.
