Bouncer is just what i needed, but it i didnt experience some difficulties with delivery which they rectified when being contacted as EVRI isnt the best delivery company anyway! Also there was in issue with the lever not going down completely as advertised on the pictures, there was some misrepresentation but to make up for it we negotiated a deal which allowed me to receive some money back, which they were happy to refund me with, i was very satisfied with their customer service ! Thank you

This item is of a good quality considering the purchase price. The packaging is a little week on one side, as the couriers show it no mercy and the paint inevitabily got chipped. Delivery was quick though. Perfect for what I require it for. Recommended seller. Thank you.

Great ebay seller, unfortunately the item was delivered in a badly damaged condition due to insufficient packaging and very poor handling by the courier Evri. Once I contacted the seller and gave them photographs of the damage they issued a full refund and an apology for the item being in the state it ws.

I ordered the wrong thing for what I wanted it for. The instructions in the box were in every language except English. I contacted Storm Trading who emailed me English intructions but i still couldnt do what I wanted to do. I had to return the item and they refunded it in full less postage, Storm Trading tried their best to help.
