    Easy to deal with, Simple, exactly as described. Good communication, I asked for email download which was supplied by return. I tried printing manual off my phone and received a PRINTING TURNED OFF BY AUTHOR. This was not the case but my phone was unable to handle the size. I could easily print from laptop. I emailed and advised my problem and they promptly replied that they resent manual with printing ON. It was actually my mistake not theirs. Pleasure to deal with them.
