The grill is like new so a definite bargain compared to the new price. The item was described very well so was not surprised with it in any way. Very quick delivery only two days between purchasing and receiving the delivery. Unfortunately the screws were missing from the box, so I couldn't build the cat tree. I told the seller about the issue and I immediately got a reply. They were very accommodating, even willing to send out a more expensive cat tree, but a different colour. I asked for just a refund and that got dealt with without any fuss. Absolutely brilliant. The cat scratcher that I also bought from this seller is really good. All in all definitely recommend this seller.
