    There was a slight issue with the girth I ordered not being in stock but the communication from the seller was fantastic and they couldn't have been more apologetic and helpful. Mistakes happen and it's the way a company deals with it that matters and I cannot fault this company. They offered an alternative even if it cost more at no more expense to myself. The replacement arrived really quickly. Brilliant service and would definitely use this company again. The girth that arrived was perfect.

    Honestly nothing against the seller as the dog coat was delivered in a new condition, very quickly in a sealed bag. BUT the sizes stated on manufacturer's website do not match the actual size of the dog coat. Size stated should have fitted my dog but in fact would have fitted a dog much bigger. No where near the size advertised on the manufacturer’s website. So, 5 STARS for the seller for the delivery and new item but, -5 STARs for the sizing, therefore making it useless.
