  Vendor charged my credit card, printed a shipping label and then - 2 weeks later - still hadn't shipped the order. I reached out to him because I was tracking the package - it was past the anticipated delivery date. He told me he would get around to shipping it the following week. If you have time to print a label and run a credit card - you should find the time to ship the package. He blamed the slow process to family health issue. Tell me on the front end - I would have been understanding

  I encourage you to understand the meaning of “Grace” and practice it. My wife’s Cancer issue is not an excuse but that contributes to the delay and takes importance over shipping a golf ball to you. Sorry if you can’t understand the issue.
