  The Seller was great, the transaction was smooth and the item shipped quickly. The package had bubble wrap and the item arrived as described. The pepper grinder I ordered cracked in half the first time I used it so I wouldn't purchase a pepper grinder from the seller again. But I will not avoid this seller.

  Although a tracking number was provided- the item never shipped. It appeared as if it was never given to the postal service. I contacted the seller. They said they would look into it and get back to me. They did not. I had to ask eBay for a refund. Although things get lost - and that is not a sellers fault - the seller still had the obligation to get back to me as they said they would. It still appears that the item never shipped.
