    This item was described as genuine with express delivery. I ordered it on Sunday and it did not arrive till the following Friday. It did not look like a genuine article. There were no instructions in the box, it was not the correct weight, it was the wrong heat mat and the Dyson logo was not crisp but fuzzy & misaligned. The seller insisted it was not fake but said to return it which I did promptly & at my own expense. Despite messaging the seller, I had to involve eBay to get my refund.
