  I was confused by the advertisement the picture showed 2 ear buds but I only received one. I’m a seller also, I’ve had to really watch out for what I put in the pictures. But they handled it very nicely after I asked for a refund. I got a label and shipped it back. As soon as they got notified it shipped they refunded me! I really appreciated that!! Thank you. I would shop in your store again because of the way you handled my situation.

  Do not buy from this seller. They're the most incompetent seller I've dealt with so far on ebay. I ordered 2 earpieces. They sent 2 wrong products . They refuse to take them back. After talking with them they sent 1 of what I ordered and refused to send the second earpiece. Then insulted me by saying the wrong products they sent were of greater value than what I ordered so I should be satisfied with them and only one of what I originally ordered. Ebay had to step in for me to get refunded.

  Don't. Just....don't. Attached images for example of catty, belittling rhetoric. Negative experience all around. Take your business elsewhere. I wrote of valid, explicit concerns per item sent and it absolutely is not a 32 hour earbud, as the package received clearly labels it a 16 hour, poorer performance inferior make in contrast to Seller's ginned-up item description in listing. Their response to come at me sideways and demeaning. They violate Ebay Community Agreements and Practices. Nasty.
