  I was confused by the advertisement the picture showed 2 ear buds but I only received one. I’m a seller also, I’ve had to really watch out for what I put in the pictures. But they handled it very nicely after I asked for a refund. I got a label and shipped it back. As soon as they got notified it shipped they refunded me! I really appreciated that!! Thank you. I would shop in your store again because of the way you handled my situation.

  The shower heads arrived quickly and well packaged. They are new and the description and pictures shown accurately reflect the products I received. The price was great and I received a discount since I bought 2 of them. Thank you for a great buying experience and looking forward to replacing old shower heads for these new handhelds with multiple shower sprays!!

  Received item broken. Contacted seller & they didn't reply. Sent a follow up message. Still no communication from seller. Item appears to have been broken when/before packaged. The part broken seems unlikely to be broken during delivery. Will not purchase from this seller again. Waste of nearly $40 - attached photo shows how the item was received. In pieces. Not happy

  Don't buy from this seller. Says fast shipping but I placed my order May 29th and it's almost 3 weeks later and I still haven't received my order. Absolutely no message from seller explaining whats going on. Seller won't return my messages. Since seller created a shipping ticket I can't cancel my order and since the seller never mailed the order I can't return it either. I hope this seller rots in hell, you got my $25.

  Paid for the item never received and I placed the order on 3/24/25 and contacted the seller several times still nothing the package tracking is still showing in transit I guess this seller needed my $9 more than me receiving the product I will not order from them again which I purchased the same item from Amazon and it came 2 days and half the price but they could have answered my message terrible customer service.
