There was a mistake at check out and it was originally shipped to my old address, I sent her a message, explained what happened and volunteered to pay to reship it, she said, no problem and reshipped it to me at her cost. I bought another towel, at the same time, from a different person, same thing. I sent a message offering to pay for the postage to reship, not only did he tell me he “didn’t know how to do that”, I had to make another purchase from him to get to get the first!
