Claims that one has to be an A.C. certified technician in their policy, yes but on an A.C. compressor not the rest of the other parts such as this A.C. clutch kit. This was the 2nd. time that I purchased from this seller as the 1st. same part number was replaced. Shipping charge guess who paid for it for a defective item?! Email responses were sometimes delayed, vague, and or ignored. Shipping is very delayed too, STAY AWAY!Follow-up from: e***u- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.CORRECTION, NEGATIVE FEEDBACK with the negative RED symbol is what I meant to leave!!!!!! Ended up being cheaper to use the starter as a core. Would buy from seller again just because they were so responsive to the return.
