    Ordered a product from this seller which arrived severely damaged. Once seller returned from vacation (which happened off and on over weeks), I submitted photos and description. She apologized. She agreed to reconcile problem but then I never received replacement product and she never responded to future communication. I should have read her reviews—-many negative reviews describing similar situations. Buyers beware.

    I ordered 4 items, but only received 3. I contacted the seller and they said “the warehouse was short one.” If they had refunded my money for that item and communicated the problem I would have been satisfied, but instead they lied about shipping all of my purchases, and only refunded my money when I contacted them. Dishonest seller!

    I believe you are confusing what you purchased from me and what you purchased from someone else. You only ordered one item from me which got shipped out correctly. Would consider revising your feedback please.
