    Item was paid for, seller made shipping label same day, then sat on it for 10 days. Sent multiple messages asking about status; NEVER got a reply. Seller finally shipped after I told them I was getting EBay involved if I didn't get a reply. When item arrived, it was the WRONG ITEM. I immediately messaged them about returning and getting right item, no replies. Tried to contact 3-4 times about returning and getting right item, no replies. They ignored Ebay too. Ebay issued refund.

    Ordered this book on 5/6/25 & USPS tracking number provided. After waiting 9 days I still didn't see that the order was in possession of the USPS. I wrote the seller on 5/15 asking for an update. No response. Wrote again on 5/19. No response. Wrote on 5/21. No response. Wrote a 4th time on 5/25. No response. On 5/27 I contacted ebay. They opened a case. The seller then ships the item which was received on 6/2. I do not understand why this seller never replied...
