    They shipped it out on time unfortunately at no fault of the seller, it arrived at my local post office (per tracking) then for what ever reason my local post office sent it back to seller. Contacted seller and they sent me a new one which arrived to me this time. Put the sim card in my phone and it is working as expected. I like this service plan :-)

    Based on good reviews I gave Jethro a chance so perhaps my experience is atypical. There was an error in my port request and although customer service was responsive, they were unable to resolve despite giving them a week, so went to another carrier that ported in 5 minutes? Although I was promised a refund I had to open a formal eBay refund request. They are lacking a porting department to help with issues, but may be okay if all runs smooth.
