  Poor customer service from this seller, when order placed on 25th it stated 2/3 days delivery and gave me a delivery date of 28th/29th. Postage was £6-95 so I expected delivery as stated. When I did not receive the item I contacted seller on 30th however they did not respond to my communication. Delivery of item eventually on 1st of the following month. The item was exactly as described, new with tags, however, the very poor service will prevent me from using this seller again.

  HI , This order was sent 1st classic signed for delivery Royal Mail to Northern Ireland .Sometimes delivers can take a couple of days longer as they have to clear customs , you can not blame us for something which is beyond our control . Thank you.
