    Item was clearly expired. I asked beforehand for seller to send me a photo of the actual serum so I could see if it was oxidized (vit C serum) and I also sent them a stock photo of what it should look like. They never sent a pic, yet said it looked just like the pic. It was NOT. It was a dark orange/rust color, not a very light yellowish clear color. They wouldn’t refund me unless I paid for return shipping- and by the time they agreed to that, it was already 2 weeks. Bad service.
