    Shipper packed lamp all wrong. Had foam rubber at top and bottom and the base was badely broken. Broke my heart that people don't understand with fragile items they need to be double boxed

    Item packed in heavy duty box. wrapped in bubble wrap. packed in packing paper. padded with foam. arrived damaged. buyer received full refund within minutes of notification of damage. no questions asked. i’m both sorry and upset that the item was damaged. it happens sometimes. twice to me in over 20 years, actually . no need for buyer to be condescending and insulting.
