I got the guitar on time but when I unpacked it and checked it the selector switch was jammed and would not move so I contacted the seller and it was sent back to the shop they then told me I would sent to there guitar department for inspection that was over a week ago I have tried messaging them for an update but they do not reply can you help me please.
