all i asked if i could get 2 canbus boxes to replace the ones that blew and malfunctioned from when recieved the harness scovered in oil and wet . s ask to express ship and he wanted to charge me 30 dollars while we wasted 2-3 weeks of me trying to explain and show them pictures of blowm fuse that a hole for them finally realize ..horrible business same with there so called "customer support" i had to explain the problem to them about 7 times..rather get my refund then get charged another 30

Had Bought this in late December thinking it was going to arrive sometime in January but seller came through and deliver just in time before Christmas huge shout out to him and not to mention the fact that as part of the install I broke the reverse camera cable so I messaged him about that and he sent me a replacement which came in, in about a week or so !
