    Item took 12 days to arrive, despite being listed as being in stock in London. Package showed an address less than 5 miles from me. I suspect they are actually based in China, using a 'local' stocking address fraudulently. Item also had a part missing. When contacted, they sent an automated reply about delivery times, which also suggested I check with Family/Neighbours, despite me telling them it had arrived. Highly unimpressed, would not use ever again.
