Imported from China, so all things considered delivery time was actually rather fair, was professionally packaged , item as a little smaller than I thought but that might be my fault in not reading seller's description correctly, also when I contacted the company about it being a little late they were great in getting back to me & gave me tracking information , so all good;- recommended .

Disappointing start because courier very slow in delivery. Seller dispatched promptly. Item as described and lovely religious ornament. Seller was prompt in responding to communication, courteous. Unfortunately when item finally arrived it was damaged. Cross was bent and hand of Jesus on the cross had broken away. I offered to keep item but at a discount but seller refunded all the cost. So credit to seller for understanding and courteous service.
