  This item was shown on ebay with a photo of the product; based upon the item photo and description, I ordered these. When they arrived, they were nothing like the advertised product and I contacted the seller. No satisfactory resolution was offered so I disputed this purchase with my credit card company. They decided to rule in my favor and approved my dispute. Ebay and the seller continue to deny my complaint. Why is this seller allowed to sell fraudulent merchandise???
