    Box arrived split open and the fixings pack was missing. Messaged seller, took days to reply, said the photo I sent did not show the missing parts! Well of course it won't, the sellers English was very bad too, then stopped replying at all. Trying to get the item collected and refunded, but no response at all now from seller. So beware using this seller. Most probably going end up stuck with chairs I can't assemble. The eBay buyer protection that has been paid for is total waste of money!!

    Ordered a SAD lamp from this seller, lamp was as described and delivered promptly, however there is an intermittent issue with the timer where the lamp does not always switch off after the time set Informed the seller who said for me to get it repaired locally at my expense and then they would look to compensate, I do not see this as an acceptable solution, there was no offer of a replacement or refund Buy from this seller with caution if there is a problem you will likely not get much support
