We chose to have a replacement .We thought they would replace the damaged one but NO they sent a full replacement.     Comme d'habitude hormis des problèmes avec la livraison liées au transporteur, JJ automotive est une entreprise sérieuse qui répond toujours aux messages et qui fait tout pour satisfaire ses clients. Aussi, le tapis n'était pas vraiment adapté à ma classe A modèle 2025 mais avec un peu de modifications, celui-ci fait très bien le travail pour le prix, qui, ne pas l'oublier, est 3 fois moins cher que chez Mercedes.
