    BUYER BEWARE OF SELLER. This original posting was for 12 piece set of Lenox French Perle dinner plates, salad plates & mugs. The seller sent 4 pieces that were dessert plates. What?? I brought the discrepancy to the seller's attention expecting the additional pieces would be sent in a separate box. Didn't happen. I was told it was an error in the listing. Error or not, you're responsible for the integrity of your listings and you should send what you post. Bait and switch is not acceptable

    Dishonest seller. Did not send me the items I ordered - sent completely different cheap items, and would not send the correct items as they wanted a higher price than originally listed. Although they refunded for the items, they refused to refund my USA to UK shipping costs, leaving me out of pocket for a time-wasting disappointing transaction! Seller responds to messages well enough (with a smarmy politeness) but takes no responsibility for their errors careless or deliberate. Should be banned!
