    There was a mix up at first but the seller responded very quickly (literally in less than an hour) and sorted the issue out promptly, they let me keep the figure they sent by accident since the box came damaged (neither of us had any idea how it happened) they were super polite and the figure i actually purchased arrived super quickly! The packaging is very firm and fragile tape is places around the box keeping it secure and safe, the figure itself is exactly how its described in the listing!

    The package arrived at the earliest it said, handled with care by the seller as well as the delivery service so there was no damage on either of the boxes or figure. Both the box and the figure were definitely as described and shown in the sellers pictures and it’s a very good price for the figure and box. Definitely would buy more of Sakuya Izayoi from this seller along with other characters.
