    placed items in basket, info said delivery by Royal Mail - perfect - but when placed order delivery was by Evri - the one courier I avoid like the plague. They lived up to their reputation, delivery was 7 hours late with no communication after first update. Have used this seller in the past but never again - why do sellers use them when they have the worst reputation in the country
