    Royal mail tracking claimed item was delivered on 9th .Raised concern on 10th , l gave extra 24hrs in case would be delivered out of sync with tracking . Checked porch , bins etc and ask family before contacting seller . I explained all this with seller who responded very quickly to suggest exactly what I had already done . Re-contacted seller who did not respond .A neighbour handed in parcel 4 days later after it was delivered to wrong address .I will think twice before using this seller again.
