  Misleading Information and listing showing 8 pack but sent me only 1 pen for £2.50 which is not really worth then price seller listing is not very clear and not very helpful either so wouldn't be buying again from here

  Item was listed as single and this was clear in the title and description buyer did not realise and is demanding a return and refund which is not my fault, photo is only to show what the item looks like not quantity

  Purchased on 31st March, waited two weeks, no delivery. The seller refunded saying the item got lost. I have then received the card from Royal Mail (see attached) as an evidence that the seller did not pay the correct postage. I ended up paying more than the original cost of the item. The seller refused to take any responsibility although as per the evidence attached, he only paid 85p for the standard letter rather than required £1.55 for the large letter evidently trying to misuse Royal Mail.

  I was quick with communication with buyer all the time and tried to resolve their issue as item did not arrive, I did not Say at any point or advice the buyer their item got "LOST" as this is false information. after buyer received note saying more postage needed to be paid I then proceeded to apologise to the buyer and refunded them in full on the same day, buyer then paid the extra postage a little time later and demanded me to refund them extra for the postage despite a full refund already.
