  Ordered 2 adorable trinket bix snowman. They are absolutely adorable. One snowman was broke around the bottom. The seller did a very good in packaging so I feel it was mishandled by postal service. I did contact the seller and we communicated several times. I appreciated the fact that seller responded to my messages. Also issued a partial refund. Still pleased with my purchase

  What I love about every order that I get is the care and consideration that the seller does to make the item purchased is packaged properly and protecting the item purchased. Some vendors email me some don’t but the ones that do we usually form a friendship and usually I buy more items from that vendor. So that is what I love about this process and the items I buy are usually as the pictures show it.

  Package arrived quickly & was in fantastic shape. I bid on this product 2x & explained that I only wanted the pants & not the jacket that was part of the set. Rather unusual request from me but seller agreed to just sell me the pants & I was extremely grateful to her for agreeing to this request.
